● With a background on R&D on Artificial Intelligence/Expert Systems, our first company was established in 1982 as a Software Development company and full IT outsourcing provider for several markets, like Newspapers, Banks, Stock Brokers, Hospitals, Insurance Companies, Radio Networks, Distributors, Retailers, etc

● Later, we applied the vision about upcoming opportunities relating Business and Technology in developing the technology and establishing several domestic and overseas companies with local partners.

   ● Mobile Transactions systems for cellular phones to GTI, Inc, Florida, USA, including MoviPOS, Peer to Peer and Micropayments.
   ● R&D and Operations facilities located in Argentina, South America, where have local access to a huge and high skilled Technical Human Resources market at a very convenient cost.
